Moore Motoring Law is a trading style of Bridgford Law Limited (BLL).  The website www.mooremotoringlaw.co.uk (Moore Motoring Law Site) is a site operated by BLL, a limited company whose registered office address is 7 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DU

BLL is Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.  These terms of use are subject to BLL’s professional obligations and the Solicitors Code of Conduct as amended or replaced from time to time.

If you are a business user:

  • Otherwise breaches any legal duty.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Moore Motoring Law Site if you breach any provision of these terms of use.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. In all cases the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of where you use or access the Moore Motoring Law Site.
