Significant changes in the legislation include an increase in the penalty for using a mobile phone whilst driving and for high speeders. The introduction of a number of new Smart Motorways across the country with variable speed limits has led to more of our clients facing speeding offences.
There are many misconceptions about motoring matters so our seminar on Motoring Myths has proved very popular as an informal but educational way of reminding everyone how to avoid getting on the wrong side of the law.
